Enjoy our new program Muay Thai Fitness for people who love marcial arts and want to combine it with fitness. We apply different forms of exercises and the various ways of structuring a proper strength and conditioning routine for Muay Thai. It is also good cardio workout, so would be ideal for those who wants to be in a good shape. 1 training lasts 1h 20 minutes.
